His academic odyssey, fueled by a passion for science and a desire to serve, led him from the rigorous studies of Chemistry and Biology at Southern University to the cutting-edge research in Molecular Oncology at NYU. Dr. Ledet's groundbreaking work, dedicated to conquering prostate cancer, has paved new paths for therapeutic discovery.
But it's his heart for community and equity that truly sets him apart. Co-founding The 15 White Coats, Dr. Ledet turned his personal narrative into a beacon of hope and opportunity for underrepresented minorities in medicine.
